去年,金陵饭店的意大利厨师安东尼诺和同事一起,从南京的多家博物馆中汲取美食灵感,创新了一桌中意融合大餐。
今年3月,安东尼诺带着中国同事们去到自己的家乡——意大利巴西利卡塔大区,开启了一场奇妙的中意美食文化交流活动。他们不仅把“中国味道”带给意大利人民,也了解了当地的美食和风土人情,更在交流过程中收获了珍贵的友谊。
“我梦想成真了!”安东尼诺说,“希望在未来,我们能开展更多这样的交流活动,让中意两国友谊更深!”

This was a journey kindled by palates.
Last year, Antonino, an Italian chef at Jinling Hotel, drew inspiration from several museums in Nanjing and crafted an innovative Chinese-Italian fusion feast.
In March this year, He invited his Chinese colleagues to his hometown, the Basilicata region in Italy. There, they embarked on a wonderful journey of Chinese-Italian culinary cultural exchange.
They not only introduced "Chinese tastes" to the Italian people but also explored the local cuisine and customs, and fostered precious friendships through these exchanges.
