Released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the standards cover seven key areas, including the living environment, building layout, structural safety, indoor air quality and building equipment. A "quality home" refers to housing that is safe, smart, sustainable and comfortable, aiming to address common residential issues.
