【为城市与市民开启更多可能】对于香港特別行政区文化体育及旅游局体育专员蔡健斌来说，启德体育园是他近年来最重要的工作之一。为确保体育园与城市顺畅衔接、保障大规模人流安全，他与团队进行了约二十次不同规模的综合测试，覆盖约二十万人次，用数据为交通和运营“打底”，确保市民来得顺、走得快、场馆运得稳。他最自豪的，是主场馆的“一夜变身”灵活草坪系统。“它可以在一夜之间转换成演唱会模式，也能在三四天内重新变回比赛草坪。”蔡健斌说。这一高适配性系统让体育园可在演唱会、专业赛事及大型活动之间快速切换，更好满足城市公共文化与体育服务的多元需求，实现城市与场馆的高效融合。Kai Tak Sports Park has been one of George Tsoi's most significant projects as Hong Kong SAR's commissioner for sports. To ensure its success, his team ran around 20 trials with roughly 200,000 participants in total. The crucial information collected was then used to optimize traffic and operations, keeping the park running in sync with the city while handling large crowds safely.Tsoi is particularly proud of the main stadium's adaptable design. It can be transformed into a concert venue overnight and back into a world-class sports facility again within just a few days. This flexibility allows Kai Tak Sports Park to efficiently host a range of large-scale events – a huge win for the city's diverse sporting, cultural and tourism needs.
